How much is postage?
Most of my hair bows and small gifts are just £1.35 for 1st class postage or £1.00 for 2nd class postage.
Larger products such as tealight holders and baubles are £3.95 for 1st class postage or £3.30 for 2nd class postage. You will never pay more than this regardless of how many items you order.
Once you add products to your cart it will calculate the postage for you. You can then select if you'd prefer you items to be sent 1st or 2nd class.
Can I return my item?
Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact me before returning an item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. When returning an item, you are responsible for the goods until they reach us. We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit. Therefore we recommend that all UK orders are returned by Royal Mail Tracked Delivery and you retain your proof of posting.
If the product or packaging is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value when refunding the product.
Do you ship outside the UK?
At the moment I'm afraid we only ship within the UK.
Important Safety Information
Please only use hair accessories with adult supervision. DO NOT leave your child unattended while wearing any hair accessory as some may contain small parts which maybe pulled of and cause chocking. Do not let your child sleep wearing hair accessories. You assume any and full responsibility for the safety of your child.
